Our vision for the future of work

Fundamental changes to the world of work have characterised the past two years. During 2021, together with our families, many of us witnessed and experienced further changes in our work and how we live. Some of these changes resulted directly from the effects of the continuing Covid-19 pandemic, while others were generated by the impact of accelerating megatrends across the world.

How we are making the future work for everyone

2021 marked the first year of the Group's new strategy, Future@Work. The resulting business transformation will enable the Adecco Group to continuously meet the demands of a changing world and bring to life our purpose of making the future work for everyone.


All this is driven by our bold strategic vision: to enable sustainable and lifelong employability for individuals and empower organisations to optimise their talent needs and organisational models to achieve their goals.
