We switched to virtual recruitment where possible, to maintain candidate engagement while ensuring everyone’s personal health and safety.

We developed a custom “Covid-19 Protect” app, providing health and safety info for Associates. This includes an e-learning module on staying safe and healthy at work, available in 11 languages.

We provided free access to webinars and training courses from LHH and General Assembly to support reskilling, productivity in remote working, and holistic wellbeing.
