Adecco Appoints Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Global Marketing Partnerships
Chéserex, Switzerland, 8September 2005. Adecco, the world's largest human resources solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Ian Grundy as the Group's new Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Global Marketing Partnerships.
In his new role, Grundy (40) is responsible for Adecco's global public relations strategy, and its global marketing partnerships, including worldwide sponsorships and marketing alliances.
Ian brings 16 years' experience of global business management, including marketing & communications roles in the UK with ICC Information and Rock Kitchen Harris Public Relations, and in New Zealand with the Department of Conservation.
Ian joined the Adecco Group in 1993 as Sales and Marketing Manager for Adecco Hong Kong, and became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific in 1997, based in Singapore. In 2002, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications and International Sales for Adecco USA.
Ian was educated in the UK, gaining a higher national diploma in business studies, (marketing).
