Adecco has received the decision on the French antitrust case

Zurich, Switzerland, February 2, 2009: Today, Adecco Group, the worldwide leader in Human Resource services has received the decision of the French Competition Council (Conseil de la Concurrence) on the antitrust proceedings involving Adecco and Adia France and its main competitors in France. The decision imposes a fine of EUR 34.2 million. The Company will carefully analyse the decision before taking a position in terms of a potential appeal.

The Company will carefully analyse the decision before taking a final position in terms of a potential appeal.
