Adecco Group releases 2023 Tax Transparency Report, demonstrating commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency

• EUR 6.0 billion tax and social security payments made in 2023, and cumulative EUR c.28 billion since 2019
• Our contributions support local economies and help fund critical public services in the countries in which the Group operates

The Adecco Group today unveiled its Tax Transparency Report for the fiscal year 2023. Tax contributions in 2023 total €6.0bn for the Group, bringing the total over the last 5 years to €28bn, which contributes to supporting critical public services across more than 60 countries.

In accordance with the Adecco Group’s commitment to ethical business practices, the Company’s Tax Transparency Report provides stakeholders with comprehensive insights into the Group’s tax strategy, governance framework, and tax contributions. It is now the third year in which the Group has published the voluntary report which underscores the Company's ongoing dedication to transparency and compliance.
