Sustainable Employment: This is Dylan's story

Dylan was an Adecco associate working at an airport in the Netherlands, when, because of the sudden impact of Covid-19 on the aviation industry, he found that his role was no longer needed. His main concern was the length of time that he would be out of employment, but Dylan soon found that he was able to learn new skills through Adecco’s “Sustainable Employability” project, which aims to ensure that everyone in the labour market remains employable. Immediately upon completing the programme, Dylan was able to start a new job at a hospital as a logistics employee.
